Pleasant surprise for picking from a web site!
Good size room, clean, beautiful pools, great location, nice beach. The pictures posted on the site do not lie. Hotel is fairly new. Do not do all inclusive, as you do not want to be tied to the hotel. Lots of great places to eat in very close town. Mud bog on the west side, so try to be in a pool facing room if in this building. Of course they try to sell you a timeshare- say no unless you really are interested because you will waste half a day.

Everything exactly as promised
it has been nice to find out that everything was exactly as promised on the website without negative surprises and few plus. Our two years old daughter loved the shallow water areas of the pools and the heated water helped with the cooler weather. Dinner at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant was very enjoyable and in general the whole hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere.

Cabo and the Villa are perfect
Everything- service, accommodations, location, friendliness of staff, weather was flawless. I have been to most of the other Mexican vacation spots, but Cabo, and especially the Villas are the best.
