Ohana East great price for the location.
Just stayed at this hotel from Dec. 3-7 , 2009. Great location, only 1/2 block walk to Wikiki beach. We up graded are room for only $10.00 more per night and got a room on the 15 th floor. Great view from the balcony of the city and nice view of the ocean. You will pay more at other places for little or no view. The room was comfortable and suite our needs. The hotel staff very polite. We rented a car for our comfort over public trasportation to see the Island, But if you are planning on staying in wikiki there is no need to because everything is with in walkable distance. Parking in the garage was $18.00 per day but well worth it for our comfort. Stop at Pugadog right around the cornor for a polish dog inside a bun with various tropical flavor relishes. It is really good! Will will stay here again when in Wikiki. December is a great time of the year to visit the Islands.
Rent a car to see the Island for added comfort over public transportation. It is about 100 miles to circle the whole island.

Do Not stay!! Blackmailers!!
They stuck me at the service elevator area. No problem. However, the linen cart was parked RIGHT outside my door, which means that it had to be moved EVERY time I go in or out of the room!! At 4:30 am every morning, they start banging the door with the cart. When you complain, they tell you that you need to pay to upgrade to another room, so that they do not do all that to you. What they are trying to do is blackmail you into upgrading. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!

enjoyed stay
holel very clean and staff very helpful and pleasant.. great view and well located around sites, shopping and restaurants. only promblem when they weighed my bags thier scale said 49 pounds, airport scale said 57 someone needs a new scale.
