Worth it...
Booked it for honeymoon and perfect because it was right across the street from the Alamo and smack in the middle of all the action that San Antonio has to offer. Would recommend it in a heartbeat!

Great Location
Just steps from the Riverwalk, next door to the Alamo! San Antonio locations don’t get any better than this...and at a price that didn’t break the bank. The breakfast was very good, rooms recently renovated, beautiful lobby, very nice staff. Only negatives (that weren’t a problem for us)...teeny pool, bar was closed, no restaurant. The room was small, but adequate for two. And a towel rack would have been nice. Hotel parking was $25, but it was worth it to not have to drive in downtown San Antonio and not have to worry about the car’s security.

Great place to stay!
Everyone at the Crockett was so nice and helpful! We were upgraded to a suite at no charge for no reason (well actually it was my birthday). The front desk staff was responsive immediately to requests and information. We felt extremely safe. The location is fantastic- just a block from the Riverwalk, and across the street from the Alamo. Parking is expensive, but the front desk told us where to park int he neighborhood that was close and safe. We would definitely stay there again. And we had waffles shaped like the state of Texas for breakfast every morning (included in the room rate! )
