impressive
very friendly and helpful staff, neat rooms. Good quality rooms but could better upgrading the quality of towels. But overall very pleasant and enjoyable, more suited for leisure/holiday travellers

Great location and service
It was a great place to stay. There was access to all of the Disney parks and activities. A shuttle was provided and was very convenient. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful place without good service. (Stay Away)
Dancing and clapping welcome greeting was the only time we saw a member of the staff crack a smile. *NO wireless internet. *The shuttles are NOT very convenient. Strange times and difficult for a party accompanied by a 2 and 4 year old. *LONG walks to the shuttle pickup at the main building. There was an alleged shuttle to take people to and from their building to the main building. I NEVER saw it. There are; however, people on golf carts driving to and from buildings, but dont even try to ask for a ride. At all times, when attempting to approach a staff member; they either, walked away, ignored you, or refused to help. *The gift shop/coffee shop is adequately equipped, but the service is once again par for the course. The attendant/barista was not very friendly and at times, a little rude. *I called the front desk/concierge about getting a taxi at 6:15 in order to make a 7:00 show. At 6:45, I gave up and missed the show completely. I was later informed that no Taxi cabs will pick you up at your building; I am supposed to meet them at the main building. (Approximately 10 minute walk away, since the mysterious shuttles were nowhere to be found) *The shuttle to and from Universal or SeaWorld is NOT free, and fairly expensive. *Overall, I would NOT recommend this to anyone. This trip only confirmed my first inclination to stay on the resort. I care more about the convenience and ease of access to the parks and service than a pretty building.
Stay away from Arabian Nights. Show had barely any stunts, acting was horrible, set was cheap, story was pitiful. Food was just as bad. Plastic utencils, and dinnerware, bagged salad, instant mashed potatoes, frozen veggies, and a rubbery thing they called steak. Complete waste of money... Bring your own food and cook... You will save a ton of money... Bring a map, you can get most anything you need from some local stores; but they arent that easy to find.
