NOT a 4-stars hotel
Untruth statement of stating this hotel is a 4-star. I paid for 4 stars and got a 2 stars room. 3 miles from highway, far from downtown. Noisy, dog barked all night long. There’s this lady came in 8am with her keys trying to clean my room while I was sleeping. She went back out after seeing my husband sitting in the room. Do you believe a so-called 4-stars hotel dont know if their customer check-out or not? It’s 8 in the morning! Unbelievable.

Worked great for a girls weekend
The four of us found our room to be clean, convenient and comfortable. We got a great deal and were quite comfortable for the one night we were there.

Most fun hotel in Reno
Atlantis is a lot of fun and a good overall value. The casino is lively and if you don’t win, the games at least give you back enough to keep playing. The sushi bar upstairs is always fresh and good and so is the buffet. Their wine lists are also good and you can get unusual selections like my favorite, Old Patch Red. My only complaint is that I don’t like their pillows. I like a soft pillow, but they are usually too firm and unforgiving. The few times there have been minor problems with cleanliness or amenities, the staff quickly and cheerfully takes care them. We have stayed in most of the major hotels in Reno. Atlantis is not the most luxirious, but it is our favorite. We stay there 5 or 6 times a year. I highly recommend it.
