Great location, comfortable hotel
We booked this hotel after discovering that our favorite Weho hotel was sold out! Disappointed, we were sure that we would not be satisfied with anything other than our "Gold Standard." The hotel is easy to miss, and we drove right by it. We found our way and we were happy we did. The lobby decor was impressive, and the floor to ceiling windows in each room gave a great view. The beds were comfortable. Most impressive were the freebies: Wifi, snacks, non alc. mini-bar beverages. The service was great. We were surprised to find out that they do not staff for concierge, however, the staff was able to give us solid recommendations. The hotel’s restaurant had good food, but was extremely pricy for breakfast. Overall, a great Weho hotel.

Fantastic
Apart from the misunderstanding at check in, we had a great stay. Staff is friendly, hotel is chic, rooms are clean, and the view from the roof is divine. I forgot my expensive pants and the hotel fedexed to me in NYC, arriving in a mere 2 days. I was impressed. In all, stellar service. Highly recommend the hotel.

LOUD LOUD LOUD
If your idea of a good night sleep is to have people yelling in the hallways and in the room next door, only to have the management say after calling security, "we went up there but heard nothing," then this is your kind of place. I’ve stayed here twice. Believe it or not, the first stay I encountered a similar situation.
