Bad experience
I checked in the hotel with bad impression since all furnitures & torn out carpet were placed in front of all the rooms. I waited for 15 mins with no one in the lobby except me and front desk gave me my room key. I opened the room with full of surprise since man’s underwear was place on top of coffee table. I walked right out and went back to the front desk to complain and he exchanged key for another room. I went in the room with strong smell of painting job, unclean room, and broken lights. I went back to the lobby and checked out right a way without staying. I strongly did not reccommend this hotel to anyone, that was the first and last time I ever wanted to book @ Abby’s hotel in Anaheim.

Clean budget hotel.
Very stingy on the towels, soap, and shampoo. Towels were thin and worn.Had refrigerator but the freezer portion was full of ice and couldn’t be used. Had cable TV but most of the channels were unwatchable, too much static. Lighting very low, difficult to read. No blackout curtains. Freshly painted and clean. Denny’s across the street. Next to Disneyland.

A place to sleep
We were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep before going to Disneyland. This fit the bill. The rooms are outdated and badly in need of renovations, but the place is clean, the mattresses are adequate and the staff is friendly and helpful. So we got what we paid for.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Disneyland’s parking fee was $12, much less than other reviewers comments had said. There’s no reason to walk from the hotel.
