the suite was excellent
we rented a suite at the Loews upon our return to the US from Switzerland. This accomodation and staff were excellent.

Think twice
Booked a package deal. At hotel they didn’t have it in their system. 1st room was not satisfactory. 2nd room was the same as the 1st but I was too tired to move again. Compensated with a $45 food credit. Used it for breakfast room service. Belgium waffles were served without the fruit compote. When they did send up the compote it was fermented. No charge for the room service, but hey what did they lose in the first place?! This is the closest hotel to where my family lives, however, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Great stay
The hotel was worth the trip.
