Not Impressed
You have to pay for the water at the room and one of hte bell boys told me that we have to pay for the parking lot!! I booked a non smoking room and gave a smoking roon, they changed the room and after 5 min the front desk lady call me ato ask if hte room was empty, if there were things (luggage) from aother people. Obviusly nothing was there, but what the h..ll!!!

Great Location, Great Hotel 4 years ago
Even though we got a free upgrade to a club room, we weren’t happy with our stay. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and more staff. Our room carpets were all dirty, sheets weren’t washed properly, there was only one person on staff for valet and bellboy service. The location is awesome, the overall concept of the hotel is great, but it needs renovating and maintenance.

Its ok, but could be better, just small details.
The Hotel is nice but has a few details that should be corrected. The lights on the room are not that bright, not enough to read a book in the bed. The toilet made noise every 10 minutes due to a small leakage and the TV has small distorsions. They charge the use of the parking lot and the use of internet even though I had my Laptop. I expect not to find these things in this type of Hotel. As I said, small things, in general the Hotel is OK and probably will stay again.
