Great place to stay in Whitefish
We stayed here on our honeymoon and were very impressed. It was probably the nicest place we stayed on our trip - and we stayed in a couple of four-star hotels that were not as nice as the Duck Inn. The location is somewhat off the beaten path, but its a short drive (or nice walk) to Whitefish, and Glacier National Park is only about 30 minutes away. Most of the guests were couples, so it was very quiet and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It appeared that the entire place was recently remodeled. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Glacier National Park is beautiful, and well worth the visit if youre in the area and can devote at least a full day to it. If youre going for a day trip, pack a picnic lunch, since the food options within the park are limited, overpriced, and bland.
