I recommend the Charles Hotel
The beds were the most comfortable and inviting bed we ever encountered. It was freezing in Cambridge when we stayed there and that bed was so plush, soft, comfortable and cozy! There is music to be found in Harvard Square every night if you want live music. Henriettas Table was a great breakfast restaurant, but we did not try Rialto. We only stayed a weekend and therefore, did not really require anything from the hotel staff, so that portion of the hotel was not really tested. I think the Web Cubes on every floor. There is also an ice skating rink in the front of the hotel, which is very cute, but it is tiny and probably only entertaining for children. The weight rooms in the gym are quite compact and small but there is quite alot of cardio equipment. The pool is small but okay for laps and they have times when children are not allowed, which is great.

Friendly and Professional
I found the staff to be extremely friendly, professional and service-oriented. One complaint: Service at Henrietta’s table for breakfast was quite slow.
