Very comfortable and convenient.
We had a very comfortable stay while in town for the BCS national championship game. It was only 10 miles from Pasadena and 2 miles away from Universal Studios. The shuttle to Universal was very convenient and the staff at the hotel were very gracious. The breakfast was also great, even more so because it was included in our stay. Whenever we are able to return to California, this hotel will be top on our list because of value, convenience and comfort.

Fantastic beds and pillows!
We had just left the Westin in Costa Mesa after a 4 day stay and travelled to North Hollywood for our final two day visit. Though the view was not as pleasant and the interstate noise was loud the room was fantastic. We found the staff in all areas to be helpful. Would we stay again...ABSOLUTELY and totally convient to everything.

Great hotel for Universal Studios visit
This hotel is clearly understands customer service. They make you feel right at home. The two queen bed room was great for our family of four. the location and price make a visit to Univeral Studios pure pleasure.
