Very nice hotel, pleasant staff, great location - would stay here again.
My boyfriend and I went to Vienna for a conference, but made a long weekend out of it to enjoy the city and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. This hotel was perfect - it was very close to the city center and conveniently located next to a metro stop. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, giving us amenities whenver we needed them and always with a smile. The free champagne in the lobby was just an added plus! I’d say the only con is that the restaurant is alarmingly expensive - we ate brunch there on our last day and were shocked at the price (26 euros!) But it offered absolutely everything you could imagine (including, yet again, champagne), and while pricey we were quite happy with the food. We did, however, avoid having drinks there, as they were way overpriced and there are several comparable bars within walking distance offering the same thing for less. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here, and I would certainly recommend it!
