Outstanding
Stayed from Tuesday to Sunday during Fantasy Fest ’09. From our arrival to our departure, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was in excellent condition, the front desk, housekeeping and wait staff were very attentive and extrtemely helpful. My only complaint, and it might very well have been only in our room, was the bed had a terrible squeak and the mattress needed turning. We spent several days lazying around the pool and we never had a probelm getting a lounge chair our great service from the bar staff. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; you will not find a better place to stay in Key West.
It’s difficult, but not impossible, to have a bad dining experience in Key West. Try Harpoon Harry’s and Roof Top Cafe for breakfast, Guy Harvey’s for lunch or dinner, and Sunset Peir at the hotel for lunch or cocktails while watching the sunset. They were reasonably priced with great food and service.

Fantasy Fest 2009 1st Weekend
The staff was awesome, we overlooked Mallory Square, we had a balcony to ourselves, had a jacuzzi tub. The place was nice and comfortable, the weather was spectacular. We had a great time and would go back again and again

I do not see why the reviews of this property are so high. Pool Small. Located close to everything but I was not at all impressed.
