Saint Paul on the riverfront
The best thing I can think of about the Crown Plaza in St Paul is the location. Being right at the riverfront it was easy to find and conveniently located. The building itself is a fine old hotel with a bit of a "worn" flavor, without being "worn out". It could use some renovations, but combined with the little lower fare than other comparable hotels, it was certainly acceptable. I walked the neighborhood one night looking for a restaurant and could not find much available. Overall it was a good experience for the price paid. Parking the rental car was convenient, but a bit too pricey.

Great view of the river in a nice location
Comfortable hotel in downtown sits on the river where there are trails and near to shops and theatres. Very quiet downtown.

St. Paul Good Business Stay
The Crowne Plaza was a good stay for a business trip. The room was clean and updated and the location was ideal for meetings in the business district of St. Paul. Great view of the Mississippi from the room’s window.
