The hotel is beautiful and I love how you can park right in front of your room. The spa is very nice and we always enjoy the breakfast buffet. The convenience of having shopping and dining across the street makes it incredibly stress-free to travel. The Living Desert is about 10 minutes away as well. We travel to the desert several times as year and if we have our son with us, this is where we stay! One suggestion I have for KSL is to take page from Westin’s playbook and replace their beds with more comfortable beds - if you are sharing a bed with someone else, every time they move, you are awakened. It is high time for the upper management to stay in their rooms for a few days and experience this.

Horrible Check-in, but a Great pool!
Horrible check-in as mentioned, but great pool play area. My kids had a BLAST. I would go back because of the fun pool.
