Great place to stay
I travel to Louisville to work often. I stay for a week at a time at this hotel. The staff and the hotel itself are wonderful. I continue to stay at this hotel, even though its not as close to work as others. My recent visit, my car would not start. The hotel staff came out, tried to jump the car and were very friendly and helpful. This would be a great place to take your children too, as they have an indoor arcade, pool tables and swimming pool.

Only worth it for the jacuzzi!
When we arrived at this hotel, the person at the front desk checked us in and gave us our room key. We drove around the hotel to get to the entrance that was closest to our room (there are 15 entrances). When we got to our room, we realized that they had put us in a regular room and not the Jacuzzi room we had paid for. We called the front desk and they told us to come back there to get a new room key because there had been a mix up. The front desk attendant apologized several times. When we got to our new room, we were very surprised. There were 2 rooms, separated by doors. The first room had a Jacuzzi, desk, couch and TV. The other room had a king size bed, TV, armchair, and armoire. The bathroom was bad, though, it was tiny and both the toilet and the tub dripped a lot. Also, the tub was very dirty. Since we saw both a regular room and a Jacuzzi room, I can tell you that the regular room is definitely not worth it. It’s small, cramped and dingy. The Jacuzzi room is large, brighter and of course, the Jacuzzi is great. There were a few things we didn’t like, even in the Jacuzzi room. First, there were 2 lights over the Jacuzzi and one of them kept going off and then coming back on. Second, there were only about 6 channels on the TVs and they were not what they were supposed to be. What I mean is that the TV showed that it was supposed to be a certain channel (like Nickelodeon) and it was a different one (like CSpan). Finally, neither telephone worked in the new room we got.
