Awesome!
My adult daughter and I stayed at Casa de Estrellas during our recent mini-vacation in Santa Fe. Our villa "Celeste" was just perfect for the 2 of us and afforded each of us the privacy we needed. Our only complaint is that we wished we could have stayed longer. In fact, I would live there if I could. For a price comparable to a good hotel, we had a living room, fireplace, bedroom, sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, and full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and cappuccino maker. The apartment was comfortably and fashionably furnished in Santa Fe style, with hardwood floors, tile, etc, and came with a welcoming basket of treats. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the Plaza and other Santa Fe attractions. We both LOVED it!!

Some would love it....
Beautifully decorated to every detail, this inn, with full kitchen would appeal to some. Its quaint, home-like, and unique. But to us, the disadvantages outweighted the advantages. First, its not on the plaza. Its a good four block walk, and coming back from dinner at 11 pm proved to be a stressful walk with the homeless in the area. Next, the bed was only so-so and the bathroom was quite small with limited counterspace. But the biggest problem was the air conditioning unit...it was one of the loudest that we ever heard. It also clanked all night long. If youre going to spend time in the room admiring the decorating, great...but if you want a good nights sleep, this is not your place.
