"Not Impressed"
I had a terrible experience checking in at this hotel. After driving more than 800 miles the front desk did not find my reservation and the front desk person was rude. i had only a couple of hours of sleep and went back to the front desk. This time the lady helping me was nice. They finally found my expedia reservation. The rooms were okay but did not have a view of the ocean like they said on my reservation. Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were clean and nice. Neighrbohood had everything you want, from stores to shopping centers. The atmosphere was good but hotel was too big and impersonal. Beach was really nice.

Would Stay There Again
We were very pleased with Paradise Village. Great service, nice people, wonderful suite. The only complaint is that the beds were to hard. The pools were nice, clean and always had lounge chairs available. The beach area was perfect, the water was so warm. The nightly theme dinners the resort puts on are very entertaining and you get your moneys worth out of the food and drink. The food was always good. Cant wait to go back!
Go in November, the weather is better, the water is clear warm and beautiful. Take the bus to town, so much cheaper than the Taxis.

relaxing
The hotel was relaxing and beautiful, but too far to town. We felt like we were trapped unless we wanted to take a 25 dollar cab ride. I also felt pressure every time I walked into the lobby to sit down with a hotel employee to discuss buying in to their hotel.
