the perfect getaway
We were anxious to get away and the trip was all we hoped for and more. We flew standby and had a great experience on American Airlines. From the moment we arrived on property, the Westin was fantastic. The staff was always congenial and our room was right on the beach. Every person, from groundskeeper to restaurant manager went beyond the pail to ensure we had a pleasurable experience. My husband rested and read. My daughter met other kids her age and had a blast. I enjoyed the beach, snorkeling and yoga class. The only thing I might do differently is stay another day. So, I guess I’ll have to do it again next year to get it right.

Very nice trip to beautiful St. John
Recently took a short trip to St. John and loved the Westin Resort. Stayed at a Beachfront room in building 16. Steps from the beach. Bed was very comfortable, bathrooms newly redone. Room was very close to all restaurants and the pool. Service was perfect. Very clean resort and the grounds were beautiful. Would go again for sure.

Fantastic Trip!!
We had a wonderful stay at the westin. It was off season so it was not crowded. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was good but pricey (which we expected for eating at the resort). We did get a renovated beachfront room so it was great to relax and sit on the balcony and look at the harbour. The beach was manmade so it wasn’t as beautiful as the other beaches on st. john but the water was still clear and warm. I would go back but I would not go during peak season because it would be really expensive and there would be a lot of children.
Traveler's tip on dining
Rhumb Lines was amazing and Jakes had great breakfast! There is also a grocery store(not mango deli) about 5 min walk from the westin were we bought beer, water and snacks!
