i would go back to this hotel
when we got there we notice that the lobby was a little hot. we checked it right away but we had to wait for our room for like an hour. the room was very clean and nice the view was awsome. the staff was very nice and friendly, we only had an issue with the shower and tub faucets but the fixed it right away, and yes two of the elevators are very tiny lol. the sushi bar was ok. but i would definitely recomend this hotel especially for family trips. i cant wait to go back!.
LEAVE A TIP TO THE LADIES THAT CLEAN THE ROOM THEY;RE VERY NICE! OH AND IF YOU WANT TO GO DOWNTOWN DO NOT TAKE A TAXI THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A LEG, TAKE THE BUS ASK THE FRONT DESK WHICH ONE TO TAKE IF YOU WANT TO GO TO WAL MART OR PLAZA LAS AMERICAS.

Great location
Visited for a long weekend. Second time staying in this hotel (the first was several years ago before it was expanded). Had VIP access staying on the newer side of the hotel and everything was great. Food was good, especially the Brazilian restaurant for dinner. The VIP bar was fabulous - great drinks and staff!! :) Not a huge hotel, but has everything you could need - 2 pools, several restaurants, great beach. The location couldn’t be better - you can walk to almost everything or just hop on the bus.

DEFINITELY A MEXICAN REPEAT!
FABULOUS! THE HOTEL WAS SO CLEAN, WITH THE MARBLE FLOORS AND WINDOWS FOR DAYS. THE LOBBY AND ROOMS LOOK EXACTLY THE WAY IT DOES ON LINE. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS IN ALL THE RESTAUANTS BUT ONE. NOW THAT WE HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW IT WORKS, WE’LL BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE OUR WAY THROUGH THE THINGS WE DON’T WANT TO DO AND/OR HOW TO MAKE IT WORK TO OUR ADVANTAGE.BUT HONESTLY, ALL IN ALL THIS TRIP WAS FANTASTICO!!!
THE RUINS WITH A GUIDE IS A MUST-SEE STAY AWAY FROM MARKET 28, ESPECIALLY IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BROWSE BEFORE BUYING, THE SALES PEOPLE ARE ON YOU, YOU CAN’T EVEN GET OFF THE BUS OR OUT OF THE CAR BEFORE THEY START THEIR PITCH.
