amazing location. hilton atmosphere. mediocre hotel.
terrific location, nice to look out your window and see times square. there is a subway station for both uptown and downtown right as you exit the hotel--makes everything easily within walking distance. terrific location. bag check guys harrang you for money when you leave your bags and when you pick them up, kinda makes it uncomfortable, but aside from that the staff was helpful and seemed happy to be at work. the actual space-per-room was rather small, but it was a suite, so it wasn’t a big deal. pretty average... you can definantly feel the hilton-franchise-atmosphere throughout the room.

central location on Times Square. Good hotel.
Everything in Manhattan is expensive, but we were happy with the price we paid for our rooms and the service at the hotel was great. The hotel breakfast is terribly expensive though and not included with the price of the room. We ate out for breakfast.

NYC Vacation
The Doubletree in NYC Timesquare was great. On arrival we were given cookies which won over our 3 kids right away. The rooms were not huge but with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa we had plenty of room for our family of 5, with 2 TV’s so they didn’t fight over what to watch either. Can’t wait to go back.
