Terrible hotel. There are numerous excellent options in Vegas that outperform this dump hands down, and for less money.

Suites are sweet!
We were new to Las Vegas, but not new to traveling and spending time in hotels. The Palazzo suites were roomy and perfect when our group would get together to plan our day. My only complaint was check-in. We expected someone to greet us, tell us where to go, and handle our luggage. None of that happened. We handled our own bags, had to follow the crowd to find the check-in, and then waited through a long line. The line moved very quickly though and we found it easier for some of our party to wait with all the luggage, while a couple of us checked in. I wouldn’t let the check-in process deter us from booking the Palazzo again. It was a minor bump in an otherwise wonderful ride in Vegas.
