Disappointed with 4-star hotel
The first thing we saw when we entered the room was the duct tape on the wood floor that held a lose panel in place. Two nights on the extremely uncomfortable beds left us with sore backs. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The drinking glasses were dirty. The pot to heat water for the instant coffee in the room was not clean. The walls were dirty. The expensive dinner in the hotel restaurant made both of us sick. Why is it that in a country where mosquitos are common there are no screens on the windows? Finally, the comment card in the room had already been filled out by a previous occupant and contained in Swedish the same complaints listed above. Does Management care about customers in Sweden? One positive: we liked the heated towel rack in the bathroom

Posted: 17-Oct-08We were aware of the damages on the floor and were waiting for the construction company to arrange it, the hotel was unfornunately fully booked so we did not have a different room to offer, but otherwise always try to accomodate special requests for our hotel guests. Concering the lack of cleanliness there is no excuse neither if the dinner made you sick. I am very sorry that we did not get any feedback during the stay.
