So fun!
The hotel and the rooms were perfect. The grounds were beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy. The only downside was the location of our hotel room. While we were very close to the beautiful pools and the ocean we were in a very busy passageway. There was noise in the hall all night which made it very difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was an amazing vacation.

Fantastic Time!
We picked the Riu Santa Fe because of the deal we happened to get at the time. Then when friends heard where we were staying they had nothing but great things to say about the Riu resorts. From the minute we arrived, we were quite pleased with what we experienced. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The food was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment and activities were enjoyable. Everything was great! We did have two very small issues: 1) Day one we asked for more pillows and had to ask again a few more times, until we finally received more on Day 3. And 2) The alarm clock in our room was not working and though we requested another numerous times, we never did receive one. Both issues were not enough of a problem for us to never come back or not recommend the Riu Santa Fe to others. In fact, we plan to return again soon and bring a group of friends with us this time. We can’t wait to go back!!

Nice pool and bar.!!
The hotel is nice and clean. the buffet food is good but the theme restaurants are not so good. Nice pool and beach.
