Great location for the price
Location was great, room was clean and it was quiet. Help at the front desk was a little slow and they gave us inaccurate directions, but nothing serious. They were doing some renovation in the hallway, but we didn’t hear any of the work going on and it didn’t affect our stay. Cheaper parking was available across the street, but they had no problem with us using that instead of theirs. We had a problem with a pay-per-view movie, but they came right up to fix it and credited our account.

Nice, but missing ice machine!
Great hotel in a great location. We parked in a garage across the street for cheaper than the valet service. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. I’d say the only downside of this hotel is that there’s no ice machine on any floor - you have to ask room service for ice and it sometimes takes them a few minutes.

Lovly place and great experience. I will certainly choose it again, next time in town
The Whitehall Hotel is a very nice, charming place. Refined without being pretentious, and very well situated it seems ideal for anything you wnt to do in town. The personnel is excellent and will make sure you have a good time.
