Albuquerque Hyatt
I got off to a good start when I pulled into the hotel driveway and was greeted by the parking valet who was an extremely pleasant young man. When I checked into my room I was a little concerned because I was directly across from the ice machine and all the noise that goes along with this location. But I was surprised that once I closed the door to the room noise was never an issue. I ate at the restaurant downstairs and found the food and service to be good. When I checked out I told the front desk staff that I had used valet parking, but they didn’t see any related charge and happily said not to worry about it. So the parking situation both started and ended a great stay at this Hyatt. I would return should I find my self back in this city.

Albuquerque could use more Downtown Hotels
The staff was very nice. The free breakfast was appreciated. The Hallway outside of the room had kind of a smokey smell. Some good flavored coffee other than dark roast would be nice to have available. This seems to be the only major chain hotel downtown. It may suffer from a lack of competition.

great location, great lobby. cold shower
only complaints on this hotel were the stiff bedsheets and the hot water was only lukewarm even when turned to the highest setting. the location was great, there is a starbucks in the lobby, and the staff was very friendly. several different pillows on the bed with different firmness was a nice touch
