Divine
Loooved the Fairmont. My room on the 17th floor of the new tower was one of the most comfortable and well-designed rooms Ive ever slept in.

Cant wait to return
The hotel is a famous hotel for housing US Presidents it is beautiful and beautifully located at the top of Nob Hill. The Cable Cars are within a block distant. Many nice breakfast restaurants within walking distance. Parking is expensive but is the only drawback at $57.00 for staying overnight. I recomend fly in and take a shuttle.

Was expecting more from The Fairmont
It was a bit disappointing what I mentioned previously: There was only one person at the reception and she was busy finishing something she was doing in the computer or terminal. I had to wait for 5 minutes - I wouldnt expect that from a hotel such as The Fairmont. In a hotel like The Fairmont, I would expect the staff who took my suitcase to my room to also show me how to operate the heating, TV set, where the mini bar is. That didnt happen but he was happy to take my tip......
