Lost its shine
We used to love to stay at Shilo, but each visit just seems to get a little worse. The room was poorly put together--carpet not all the way to the wall. It looked nice from a distance, but upon closer inspection just didn’t make the grade. The towels were stain, and lets face it, anything showing up on a clean white towel is not appealing.

Good Hotel Service
1. Staff of hotel bother to talk to you and gove you the personal attention that is so lacking in many other hotels. 2. Breakfast is good especially with the bread; however, there appears to be a capacity problem if you come to cafe after 8am.

It’s a pretty old hotel, not well Maintained
It is roomy place in a good location of downtwon. The hotel is old and not well maintained. We had to change room at 9:30 pm because AC didn’t work. In the other room, hot water in shower took 10 minutes to come out and one of the telephones didn’t work. If you can tolerate small defects like those, this hotel might be a good choice for you.
