In the lap of luxury
Our stay was incredibly luxurious. The hotel is just 18 months old so our room was up-to-date with flat-screen TV’s (there were 6 of them), granite counter tops (full kitchen), and Wi-Fi. The resort had everything our family of 6 wanted: swimming, working out, and of course, skiing. One of the best parts was the Continental Breakfast and evening Wine & Cheese on the 4th floor. Cannot say enough great things about this resort! Can’t wait for the ice rink to be built -- this will be our winter destination many more times!

Wish we lived closer
My husband and I stayed at the Stowe Mountain Resort in the middle of August and we had such a nice stay. The room was modern and cozy and had every amenity. I especially loved the green and white marble in the bathroom. The resort itself is hip and the staff was there to help us every time we had questions. The resort is gorgeous and we were treated like gold. The only negative feedback I had was when we were trying to get to one of their two jacuzzis( they were conserving heat by covering the pool and jacuzzis.) We had to walk through their gym, which is also amazing, but was ushered out so quickly it was as if they did not want you in there. That had occured the day before when we were trying to find the sauna and steam rooms that we were told they had but could not find. I understand that they need to ensure safety for their guests, but generally people want some privacy when working out and not feel as if they are being watched. Ultimately we had such a great time and have recommended the resort to our friends and family. We hope to be able to stay this winter.
