Excellent Hotel with No Smoking and No Gambling in Las Vegas
Great hotel if you want to have a quiet place to stay. Close to the Fashion Mall with all of its restrauants. We had two dinner meetings in our room and the service and setup were outstanding. The hotel restaurant was also good. My only complaint was that there was no tea with the coffee assortment provided.

Not that thrilled
- Maid service was not that great. Did not really clean anything in between nights just made the bed. Also, when we got there, trash was still in trash cans. - Overall friendliness was not impressive. Hotel book in room states you can call down to valet for them to get your car. First night, great. Second night, "sorry, we can’t do that." At check out I informed the lady the TV in the bathroom mirror never worked. She said, "okay." I didn’t really expect much but there was no apology or anything. - Midnight train was loud and annoying. - jetted tub and bathroom was nice except for the TV that did not work. - Overall, room was nice but not impressed with this 5 star. Stayed at the Platinum before and it was much nicer. That is a 4 star.
