Unsatisfied Guest
I checked in on Friday afternoon and upon entering my room I found the faucet on the living room’s bar running non stop, the bathroom toilet had accumulated dirt on the bottom and the shower faucet would not stop dripping. That night I ended up killing about 4 small roaches I found throughout the room. I went out to the parks on Sat and upon returning to my room found about another 5 small roaches crawling on the walls. It was late (11:30 p.m.) and went to the desk to complaint. I was told that I had to move to a room 2 floors below and found it inconvinient at that time of night but no choice. Myself and my fiance moved everything as tired as we were from spending the day in Disnay. Next day I went to complain to the General Manager and was only offered 1 night refund. I believe this was a quick inconvinient solution to a VERY filthy situation. Not happy, not satisfied, will never return again!!!

Satified
They clean the room every day, stock towels, vacuum, change trash, etc. They have a hot breakfast buffet. The hotel garden is very beautiful and the pool is nice as well.
