Over priced trash hole
Me and my wife decided to come to Miami for a day while on our honeymoon! So we began looking for a hotel online that week! The website for this hotel made it look alot better than it actually was in reality! Once I arrived there we didn’t realize we had left America because we found it very annoying that the hotel employees could barely speak english after first trying to communicate with us in spanish! The room was dirty, the water barely got warm, water barely came out, the bed was completely uncomfortable, no blankets on the bed, the employee’s were very loud in the rooms next to us as they cleaned, keeping us up till 2 or 3 in the morning. I can’t think of a place I’ve stayed at before that was as terrrible as this experience was that night! I expected alot better from a hotel on Miami Beach! This hotel needs to be completely demolished!
Unless you can speak spanish stay away that’s the primary language in Miami

very impressed
i was very satisfied with the rooms..the accessoirs and the cleaness. all the staff was very friendly and i was treated very nicely at all aspects.loved the bar area on the first floor and one of the best ocean views i have seen
