Tofino getaway
We had one of the best meals at the Long Beach Lodge during our recent stay. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, the view amazing, and there was the added benefit of being able to walk off dinner on the beach!

Be sure to walk the Wild Pacific Trail in Ucluelet -- it’s free and the views are amazing!

The Highlight of Our Honeymoon
The Long Beach Lodge Resort was a luxurious experience. My husband and I stayed there as part of our honeymoon; we were extremely satsified with all aspects of the resort. In particular, the service was outstanding along with the condition and location of the room. Moreover, our dining experiences there--from everything from breakfast to dinner--was incredibly delicious. My husband and I consider ourselves "foodies" and often dine at 4 star restaurants. The Resort’s restaurant is at par with our best fine dining experiences. I would highly recommend The Long Beach Resort to any couple looking to relax and enjoy fine dining with a magnificent view.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
During our four day stay, we retaed ourselves to a spa treatment at the nearby Cedar Spa--I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area. Also, we visited the towns of Tofino and Uculuet. We would highly recommend Tofino for the shops, and Uculuet for the bald eagle bird watching.

Relaxing Trip
We loved waking up to the view of the surfers and the sound of the ocean every day. This resort was a very relaxing place to stay. The breakfast was good and the room was always clean and welcoming.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
We highly recommend hiking in the nearby park, visiting Cathedral Grove, and taking a Sea and Sky tour. We saw whales, bears, and eagles. Don’t forget to go geocaching while you are here. It is a beautiful place to visit.
