Very quiet and sparkling clean. Well-appointed, but needs a few more horizontal surfaces on which to place things. Please provide one or two luggage racks so that guests don’t have to rummage through suitcases on the floor.

Liked it.

It was really good, but they need doors between the rooms and the lobby on the first floor. People were in and out all night and we could hear it all. Our room was right off the lobby. They had us in a room on 3rd and a block away and moved us to it. Great rate. It’s close to the airport and places to eat. You can walk the 5 blocks to the Strip and the MGM Grand.

This was a nice condo although a little on the small side. Clean room, nice building and close to the strip.

Great place - for families or people who cant be bothered with the strip

Great hotel - clean, good rooms with kitchen and a laundry machine and dryer - I wish I was there the entire week instead of the aweful Luxor. There are only two problems - distance from the strip, and the closeness to the airport (a bit more noise reduction would go well - but we didnt have a problem getting to sleep). oh, one other thing - if they gave the WiFi for free it would get 5 instead of 4 in the room comform rating.

Go see Penn & Teller at the Rio hotel. It is by far the best show in Vegas.

Great

We got to vegas early and they checked us in right away with no problem. The pool is wonderful you can enjoy it with out worrying how the weather is out side. We took food to cook to safe some money but it was a wast of time. They have subway, a pizza place and a grill. All right there you just have to go down stars. If you are going to take anything just take drinks and snacks. Plus they have an ABC store I love that store they have everything. I even did all my souvenir shopping there. It was cheaper there than down town. They also have a small bus that drops you off at the MGM so you don’t have to walk. Every one at the hotel was nice.

Great Hotel-Right off the strip

This was a wonderful hotel that was really unexpected. The hotel was about a 15-20 minute walk to the strip and about a $4.00 cab ride to the MGM Grand. Beautiful rooms that are exquisitely furnished and you feel that you are staying in the lap of luxury. It is really nice to be away from the casinos and the hustle and bustle of the strip. this hotel has more than enough to do, with a business center, pool, and spa. The service at the hotel was wonderful and all employees were really into helping the customer.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

The hotel offers a shuttle from the hotel to the strip from 12:00pm - 7:00pm or so. This is a great means of transportation to the strip mid-day.

Very nice but......

This is a beautiful hotel. the rooms are lovely, big, clean and comfortable. The hotel is right off the strip in a great location. There’s lots of parking and some places to eat on the bottom floor of the hotel, however....BE AWARE that there is a $100.00 deposit required to stay in this hotel in addition to your room cost. I was not aware of this and when I spoke with the manager they were NOT at all willing to budge. Some of the employee’s are NOT friendly and security takes about 20 to 30 mins to check your room before you can leave and get back your deposit. Nice hotel but............STUPID RULES!!!!!!!!

Nice Surprise

Hotel was clean, spacious and closer to the strip than we originally thought. Construction is a pain and it makes it difficult to get to the hotel but other than that a nice experience. Security personnel were warm and helpful and front desk personnel nice and polite.

Only for those who don’t mind being off the strip and have a car. Great for UNLV visitors.

Surprisingly nice

Much better hotel than I thought it would be. It’s very clean, very contemporary, and reasonable priced. You just can’t beat the value. I gave it 4 out of 5 due to the early check out time. 10am in Vegas just comes up a bit too fast. Also you are right under the flight path of the nearby Airport. Nearby being across the street. I will most likely be staying here again the next time I visit Vegas.

Nice place to stay away from the strip

This resort was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. During our stay we did run into plumbing issues. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Great Service

The moment you walk in there asking you how they can make your trip better. Part of this property being a timeshare I expected to get "the pitch" but I never did. I actually asked them to give me a pitch because I was so impressed. The room was immaculate. Anything I needed was a call away. If your looking for a place away from the busy strip this is it. A 8 dollar cab ride to the farthest end of the strip. Will stay here again soon.

Kitchen, Living Room, Flatscreens!

Overall this hotel was really nice and compared to a few different hotels we stayed at that were on the strip. It was way better than the other off-strip hotel we stayed at up north. It is about a $15 cab ride to the strip but other than that this hotel is really nice for the price. You wouldn’t want to walk at night either.

Awesome place

Me and a group of friends, about 10 of us, rented out a 2 bedroom condo and it was amazing. We are definetly staying here again. We wanted a late check out and it was a $20 an hour charge for each extra hour, but the first extra hour is free. They waived it for us because we took 2 extra hours. Then they charge for housekeeping but they waived that for us as well. It’s all the comfort of living at home, but so freakin close to the strip. We partied at the MGM and since its like a 1/4 mile away, we were able to still drink and get a taxi for super cheap!!!! I’m telling you, I highly recommend this place!

Since there is still a teenager in the family, we decided not to stay on the strip that way if he wants to go out and eat something, he won’t have to be taken by an adult. Plus, we wanted different and a little more private. This was a GREAT option! Plus the service and the stores outside were perfect.

This is a great option if not all of your group members are over 21.

Very impressed

A pleasing surprise not far from the main Boulevard. Beautifully presented suites with full kitchen and laundry including drier. Bathrooms opulent. What an Expedia ’find’. Really enjoyed the quietness of the place and service was second to none. A top stay and definitely would use again if available.

Best Stay In Vegas

Wonderful stay with at home options. Rental car suggested but not nesscessary. Will use this hotel again because the stay was so relaxing and the employees so friendly.

Loved Bluegreen. Only place to stay on strip!

Everything was perfect. Hotel fairly new and very modern. 2 bedroom suite was exceptional. Everything needed was provided. Very clean. Will always stay at Bluegreen every time I come to Vegas. Hands down top 10.

Reat location / Great service

Great hotel for the price. Service was great. Pool was great. Do not stay on floor 4. Thats where the pool is. It smells like pool chemicals. This is my new favorite place to stay. Only down side was the beds are small. definately not a king... Did not hear noisy planes like some of the other reviews. Staff was very helpful

This is a great hotel, for the price it was for Memorial Weekend, It Was Great!!! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel for family with kids

Pros: The hotel was clean and rooms are spacious. If you have kids and have to cook food for kids, this is the best place to stay with full kitchen. Cons: You need a car to drive to the strip (park in MGM). You cannot walk to the strip as the road to MGM does not look safe. For folks who have always stayed in the strip, it is difficult to stay here if you are used to walking down and gamble. My wife and I missed gambling.
