Wear earplugs, make an appointment with the chiropractor
Don’t expect to sleep if you book a room here. The noise level is incredible, as the sound from the lounge is funneled into and magnified by the hallway leading to the guestrooms. Lounge customers frequently run through the hallways screaming,and youthful hotel staff are completely indifferent to guests who want to sleep. The beds are uncomfortably soft.

good to only sleep in.
it wasn’t mentioned that parking will cost $18 a day , which i had no choice but to take . the room was soo small . it is unsafe to move in . the picture on its website is nothing like the real thing. the reception personnel does everything ( multi task ) . i didn’t like that the parking was not even mentioned , at all . the room doesn’t have a safe. i will not stay in it again nor recommend it to anyone .

I would recommend this hotel with one HUGE qualification...
The Crescent is in a terrific location if you need to be in Beverly Hills because it is easy walking distance from everything. The hotel itself is welcoming with a nice outdoor patio for drinks, dinner, or just hanging out. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and very comfortable. BUT as I was lying in bed at night I could hear the person in the room next door breathing, not snoring, BREATHING! The walls are that thin. On the other side of me, I listened to the conversation of the couple staying there as if we were sitting together in my living room. And above me, the ceiling creaked with each footstep of the person staying above me. I was mostly lucky in that the people staying around me weren’t late-night loud partying types. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have gotten a wink of sleep. Because everything else about the hotel is so nice and convenient, I may actually end up staying there again, but next time I’ll bring my Hammecher Schlemmer noise machine!
