Beautiful Hotel
Everything always thought it would be and more! This was my sixth trip to Waikiki and I was so excited to finally stay at "The Pink Hotel"! The service was amazing and the experience was unforgettable. We got a great deal for our stay and only wish we could stay here everytime we visit the islands!

Great location, staff and value!
We spent the first week in January at the Royal Hawaiian. This was a highly anticipated trip and the hotel, beach and location pretty much met all of our expectations. The hotel was not overly crowded which also was a nice bonus for us. The hotel staff is excellent. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and really seemed happy to help. It’s the beach so the rooms are not 100% immaculate. The hotel attempts to offset the sand issue by providing maid service twice daily. My only disappointment with this 5 star hotel was the quality of the mattress. The mattress was lumpy and I could feel the springs - not enough to disrupt my sleep but I was surprised. The spa was wonderful. I had a massage outdoors in a cabana and could hear the ocean. All in all, we will be back soon!
