Very nice and comfortable!
This hotel is beautiful. The service, location, and comfort cannot be beat. Many sights, restaurants, and galleries are within walking distance, and if you decide to go further or need assistance, they have a free "shuttle" that will take you anywhere and pick you up with just one phone call! The spa is one of the nicest I have ever seen as well. Highly recommended!!

Excellent Choice
I was a bit concerned the room might be quite small from other reviews. I was relieved to find it spacious enough, clean, and with the boughs of a crabapple overhanging the small balcony. The following night we switched to a largter room, as the desk offered it to us at no additional price - excellent! We wlaked to canyon road for the galleries and into the center many times. The bar and restaurant below are stylish and good. Parking and access are good - location easy: St. Francis (rt 285) to Cerrillos (corner of Cerrillos and Paseo de Peralta) w/o anny weaving throught the tighter streets of the center.
Traveler's tip on dining
El Farol (near end of Canyon Rd art walk) great for lunch. La Fonda, with blue margaritas, but Breakfast: the GREAT bread/espresso shop directly across from hotel!!!
