The appearance of the out from the outside looks enticing including the lobby areas. The hotel room itself was not cleaned nor were towels changed nor were toiletries put into the room until the third night of my 6 night stay. Upon my initial visit to the room sanitary napkins were found in the trash, sunglasses were left on the table, hair was all over the floor. I would leave the hotel at 7:30 in the morning and return around 10 or 11 and found the hair still lying on the floor and the towels not changed. Very disappointed!

Want to make this place a regular vacation spot!

I love everything about this place. The only downside is that I wish I could have stayed longer to experience all of Jamaica fully. Other than that, I loved it and can’t wait to come back soon.

Simply Fabulous!

I have been to the island many times... This hotel has the best facilities! Modern decor, friendly staff and good food are just some of the things I liked about the hotel. I did not get a comprehensive guide of the amenities, so I had to discover a lot on my own, but it was worth the effort. If I can get another special, I will definately be back!

Perfect Vacation Resort

We enjoyed this all inclusive resort very much! Perfect hotel I will go back to again and again. We also did the zip line canopy tour. That was an absolute must! A ton of fun!

HOTEL LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES, ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND THE BED WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE I EVER BEEN IN AT A HOTEL. FOOD WAS GREAT JUST NOT A BIG VARIETY, PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY, MOST RELAXING VACTION EVER...WILL BE BACK!!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with the food that was offered in the AI package, very,very limited and basic.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. My only issue was that the bed made me itch and when I request clean sheets this made me itch even more! Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

My tip is to do all inclusive. This resort makes it hard to do anything if your not in the all inclusive plan.

Nightlife was very sparse and only available withing the hotel environs. No information or suggestions were available as to where nightlife could be found or how to get there.

Beautiful hotel, very family friendly. My son had a great time, we all did. The only problem I had with the hotel is the price for the food. Very expensive, myself and my son who is 9 years old does not eat that much so my husband tried to eat alot because of the price we were paying. And even if we did eat more, we would have to eat all day not stop and still not come close to the cost of the food. But other than food bill we had a great time.

Expected a little better.....

Stayed at the Hilton rose Hall with two young kids, I was impressed with the lazy river which was great but the beach was a complete waste. The room was too small and I paid for an ocean view but got a mountain view instead. Couldnt make reservations more than 1 day at the restrauants I liked because they were always booked, Hard to find a chair near the lazy river unless u woke up before 7am. I didnt really feel like I was in the Carribean staying at this hotel.

Wake up real early if you want to find a chair near the lazy river with shade, Take alot of singles with you to tip, they really appreciate that.

My family and I spent 15 glorious days at Rosehall Hilton Hotel. We loved the ambiance, attentive staff, well manicured lawns and beach and the food, quite a delight with lots to choose from. We felt safe and would use this hotel again. "This place is a Jewel in paradise"

If you are a beach and water buff this is the place to be, nice beach, pool and water slide the kids and u will love!! and later inthe evening, don’t miss entertainment by the pool, live band.

Go to the Hip Strip

Impressed, but which it was more to do for adults. We did not have our teenager with us.

The hotel was great but it is more for families and not more for adults to do. The hotel still was great I slept like I was at home. We arrive at noon and our room was not ready. The front desk did go ahead in check us in, and then told us to get some luch in the dinning area. The food was good, but need more choices for breakfast. I am from the south and we like grits, which they did not have.

Awesome Pick

Went in August and the weather was fine! It rained one day for a couple of hours thats it! The hotel was amazing definitely for the all inclusive. The grounds the hotel sits on have breath taking views. The slides and lazy river by the other pool is awesome as well! The beach is alittle rocky at first and the water is a bit murky and there is alot of seaweed. And even with the beach not being "perfection" my stay at the Hilton Rose Hall was a ten!

I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next vacation to Jamaica. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slides, the lazy river, and the kids activities. Not only do you get the comfort of a clean and friendly resort, but the staff really go out of their way to be helpful.

This resort is on par with any other 4 or 5 star resort you would visit, but at a more reasonable rate and very convenient to the airport and the main strip for Montego Bay.

This is a hotel for the family, last year i took my granddaugther and she enjoy every day she was there. This year we went without her she was mad but we had a ball.

Family Vacation

We totally enjoyed this hotel. It was close to the airport, the food was good and we had great service. Make sure that you make reservations for dinner ahead of time because for the 2 restaurants on site they book fast. If you miss out their is always the buffet. The staff was great, we had a problem with our air conditioner and they moved us immediately to a better room. The kids loved the water slides and we loved the lazy river. Lots of stuff to do, wind surfing etc. and lots of tours close by. My recommendation is the Canopy Tour.

Great hotel

We did not have plans for vacation this year and the last minute we decided to go to Jamaica. This was our first time in Jamaica. When you shop around for a great vacation package, you look for comfort, service, accommodation,hospitality at an affordable price. We found all this at The Rose Hall. Make sure to make reservations for the restaurants at the concierge. The waiters at the bar were very nice. The hotel has a band every night for a few hours. However, night entertainment can be improved including the discotheque. I recommend this hotel.

If you are an adventurer and like the country side, you should try the Zipline tour. It is fun and safe. I had a great time with my two sons.
