Extremely Impressed
We came to New Orleans to watch the NFL Playoff game between the Arizona Cardinals and The Saints on that Saturday afternoon. The game kicked off at 3:30 PM and check-in wasn’t until 3, so everybody was trying to check in at once. The staff handled everything masterfully. They were very fast and organized and extremely courteous. When we got to our room it was immaculately clean and the bellmen had our bags their within 5 minutes. The room had a SPECTACULAR river view and the beds were as soft as they could be. Parking was easy and their were plenty of spaces available. The price was MORE than reasonable for such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hidden parking charges
When I arrived, there were no rooms in class I requested. No upgrade offered. Had to get a roll away bed. Hidden parking charge of $36 per night. Hotel has gone down since I last stayed there. Would NOT recommend.

New Year’s Eve
Staff was courteous during check-in. When we got to our room in did not have the two Queen beds that we paid for, but had two standard beds. Usually this wouldnt have mattered, but because there was a difference in price, we called the desk and comped our parking for the days we were there. Excellent service.
