A bad experience
Our room was very oldish and the mattres was hard..bathroom was way too small shower was ughh dirty -the beach was horrible, so narrow no place to enjoy too much seaweed, the minibar in our room was old and didn’t cool our drinks Two restaurants (from 4) were ok"the buffet & albatroz" the drinks were not very good the cirque show at night was GREAT. the front desk service was poor, and also the people from “guest service” .. they are from the ROYAL RESORTS or REAL RESORTS, they were trying to sell us a time share, don’t lose your time. When you say NO, they start getting upset , and also there are an Argentinian girl they call her “supervaisor”, she try to make me bad, and uncomfortable. The only good thing was Friendly and helpful waiters inside the restaurants Ill not going anymore to this hotel

Good place to stay but...
Pros: - Friendly and helpful staff - Good restaurants & bars - Hotel is in a good condition - close to downtown hotel zone Cons: - the beach is so narrow - don’t accept a room at the main floor because of noise. - when we arrived (around 4 pm) the room was not ready; the sheets were not replaced and the card keys didn’t work.

For a nightlife you go to Coco bongo nightclub. that’s an amazing and really nice club.

Great Vacation
The rooms were very nice, the bed a little hard, and the service excellent. I would recommend bringing an insulate mug for drinks as they get warm quickly. The only bad service we had was the stocking of our water in the hotel room and the sticking of our door. The beach was kept very clean, we always had a cabana available and the waiters/waitresses/servers/bartenders were extremely nice and accomodated our every need. FYI if you tip you get EVEN better service, as they only make about $5 US dollars a day. I would Definately go back!
Traveler's tip on nightlife
If you don’t do anything else in Cancun go to Coco Bongo’s. It’s a night club, party and show all in 1. It’s worth the $50!!!! what a great time!
