Great Hotel
Even though it’s not the "cool Asian" design but good old European-style hotel baroque, it’s an oasis after traveling around for a while. If you like martinis, go check out the bar, they have an impressive menu. Avoid the lobby, it’s full of people taking pictures. Spectacular view and close to the Osaka JR station (the one for the Shinkhansen is a bit outside of Osaka).

Great Hotel!
Great hotel, close to everything. Super clean, upscale and with Views. Access by the underground walkway, which connects to all of the local subway stations and train station (JR Osaka Station), and along the way are numerous shops and restaurants. Outstanding staff, and very good fitness center / pool, and nice boutique shops and lounge. One thing to note, you do have to pay extra fees for Internet Access.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
It is right next to the Herbis Plaza where there are quite a few restaurants at the basement level, and a Starbucks across the street.

The best in Osaka
This hotel was in a great location. There were 2 shopping malls next to the hotel and the Osaka train station is about a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable, great service from hotel staff, live music in the lounge and great resturants. The hotel Spa is a great place to relax after a long trip.
