Relax in Condado, San Juan.
First class hotel in good area with easy access to highway. Great eateries in complex with first class service.

Very nice and clean
I travelled to San Juan for a week on business and this hotel was an excellent place to stay. I elected for a single queen room and it was very clean and comfortable. I slept in the bed for a week and felt well-rested every morning. Comfort-wise, my only complaint is the desk chair. I do software development and the chair was not suited for long sessions; hardly a big complaint. The in-room internet was not working the first night but after a call to the help-desk, they said they were having problems with the whole hotel. Every night after that, the internet connection worked flawlessly. If you have a rental car, there is no self-parking so be sure to obtain the valet rates to factor into your costs. Overall, this is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. I would rate it at a sturdy 4/5. Definitely the nicest Hilton I’ve ever seen.
It takes no more than 10 minutes to get to and from the Ft. Buchanan area during rush-hour and Old San Juan is also about 10-15 minutes away. There is a Starbucks about three blocks away; definitely walking distance.

Excellent service!
I went for a short trip with my husband and nine year old daughter. I really liked this hotel. The rooms are not spacious but very efficient. I like the small details, coffee maker, refridgerator and micro wave. Bath room with nice designer details. No bath but an excellent shower. A 24-7 supermarket on the other side of the street and a very nice bistro on the corner of the Under the Trees residence (in front of hotel).
