Convenient for Changi Airport
Overall I was pleased with my stay here. I felt that a bottle of water for 12 Singapore dollars was expensive and I would have welcomed more teabags as it is such a hot country and tea is cooling. Otherwise the facilites and wake up call were excellent. The butterfly garden at Terminal 3 Changi Airport is worth looking at.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you have travelled by Singapore Airlines then you can use your boarding pass to get half fare on the Singapore Airline’s hop on hop off bus which has air conditioning and offers respight from the heat.

great hotel....very expensive!
The hotel is impressive in the attention to detail but very expensive for what you get...a slightly noisy, room where you have to pay for internet (not good for business travelers). The food I ordered from room service was OK. The waiter was very nice. The rest of the staff was adequate...mix of friendly (nice for business travelers) and efficient.

friendly staff
I had a quick check-in. my second time in this hotel, very accessible from the airport, I arrived late in the evening, a filipino bellboy helped me with my lugage, and he did not accept my tip, he was very friendly.
