Great location
We chose this hotel because of the location. We booked a suit and when we checked in to our room the bathroom had someone’s running shoes in them and it was not cleaned. I quickly called front desk and they moved us to another room. Overall it’s a clean hotel and having a TGI Fridays downstairs is convenient too. Will stay again.

Don’t Dance Naked With the Curtains Open
Our recent stay at the Austin Radisson was wonderful. Though a little long in tooth, the Radisson is a great base camp to anyone wanting to enjoy the South Austin Experience. The hotel is within walking distance of the 6th Street restaurant and bar scene, the incredible Zilker Park and the South Congress shopping area. The only discomfort we experienced during our weekend stay was discovering that the windows of our room were not mirrored on the outside. To enjoy the beautiful Austin skyline from our room and bed, we left the shades open . . . probably to the consternation of anyone on the outside looking up at our 11th floor windows. Next time we’ll close the drapes.
Barton Springs says it all. The best value, the best park, the best people. Take your kids, your grandma and your dog. Barton Springs is nirvana.

Amazing view, rooms, and staff! Walk to everything downtown!
This place was amazing! We will definitely stay there again. We went to Austin for Austin City Limits music festival, and wanted to be in walking proximity to downtown music spots, and the festival bus pickup. I can’t believe the bargain we got our room for! It would have been well worth any price.
