Third Time Back
You must remember that these are independently owned condos and while our party had two units there were vast differences in decor and maintenance. Our party of five was split 2 and 3. From experience it is best to split the number of females for use of a bathroom and luckily there is two bathrooms per unit. We were in Unit 9 which was partial ocean view from the Lanai (balcony) and it was very pleasant in the early mornings and sunsets. The price for the week was reasonable and we had a great time as we had use of a rental vehicle and were quite busy during the day. Snorkling and the easy short walk to the beach just across the street, were the factors in chosing this condo. We will all be back soon.
Ulalena was sooo very nice! do the VIP package they treat you like Royalty! Love our pre and post show photos with the beautiful cast of performers.

Great Condo Resort
The condo resort location is near all restaurants and beaches. It ’s not super clean and elegant like the big resorts in Kapalua. We lived in a one bedroom suite that has kitchen with utensils, washer/dryer, a full size fridge, a lovely dining table and a couch just like u would see in their photo ads. The living room has a TV set and a DVD player. The unit has internet connection, so u can surf the internet from your own room. The ambiance makes me feel like being at home, not in a hotel room surrounding by four walls. Kamaole Sands beach III is just across the street with fine sand and clear warm water. The resort has all ammenities u need including internet usage. Get a rental car to tour the island yourself at your own leasure time and u save tons of money. BTW, Foodland and Safeway stores are nearby.

I have never stayed at a place that thinks of everything, anything we needed an more was in the room, the kitchen had things in the cabnets we don’t even have at home
