Maui No ka oi Maui is the best.
This was our second stay at the Kamaole Sands. Our "partial ocean view" was 3/4 of our balcony which was very large with a table for six. We stayed in Building 10 room 311. We had a beautiful view of the gardens and fountains which were turned off every evening. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beach was across Kihea Road across the park and on the beach! What can be better than 78 degrees in January? The only negative was the living room had a futon rather than a couch/hide a bed. The futon stayed about 12 inches past the bottom of the frame and made getting on it a bit of a challenge. We will be back!

An Excellent Stay in Maui!
We very much liked Kamaole Sands. Great staff and clean rooms! The location is absolutely perfect - right near Gorgeous Makena & Wailea!! We watched the sunset every night from across the street. The grounds at Kamaole are beautiful - the pool/hottub were relaxing and the gym wasn’t bad either! Only downsides were that the kitchen & bathroom weren’t updated and that there was no A/C in the Bedroom- be careful those of you looking for a 1 Bedroom - many (if not all) do NOT have A/Cs in the bedroom. The ceiling fan did an OK job cooling though and it wasn’t super hot so we lucked out. Get a Safeway card and BBQ at the pool to save $$. Check out Antonios & Aroma D’Italia in Kihei and Casanova’s in Makawao for great Italian!!

Condo Living in Parasise!
This property is just beautiful! It is very well maintained - pruning of the plants and property happened everyday. The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The Mai Tai party is a nice addition every Wed. afternoon poolside. We didn’t miss it! With the beach a 1/2 block away, you could go back and forth or drive a short distance to other beautiful beaches nearby. We have stayed here before and found this particular condo very liveable for our 11 night stay. It was well equipped for most anything we had planned. The dishwasher broke the first time we used it - but I didn’t mind doing a few dishes everyday (and I didn’t want a repairman coming into the unit with all our valuables).
