Great Time!
Went down to this resort on our honeymoon, and had a great time! The people at the resort were extremely nice and helpful, the food is great, and the resort is absolutely beautiful! I recommend going on some of the trips while you are there, such as the city tour or the glass bottom boat tour, they were great. The only complaint I have is that in Mexico all beaches are public, so out on the beach there are lots of locals selling their wares. You can say no, but sometimes they are very annoying. Other than that the trip was amazing and I would recommend it highly!
Go in the fall, We went at the end of October and the resort was almost empty, we had the whole place to ourselves, and the weather was still great, 75-85 every day and no rain.

Second time visiting this Hotel
We just love this hotel the people there are very pleasant always willing to do anything for you. The food is wonderful and can’t wait to get back there again. They also save the sea turtles which is a wonderful thing to do.
Traveler's tip on dining
They have the best soups there would love to get some of there recipes. Lots of different types of cusine throughout the week you stay.

Good Time
We really enjoyed our stay at ’El Presidente’ and found the price reasonable. I would not place this hotel among the elite for several reasons. The food and restaurant service was not consistently good. We had to change rooms because the WiFi wasn’t working in the wing in which we were originally placed. The rooms were nice but small. Most of the personnel spoke little english. On the other hand the room service and the spa services were excellent. Concierge services were quick and knowledgeable. The setting was beautiful. We recommend this hotel.
