Knowledgeable, Caring Staff in Fabulous Location!
Park Hyatt Toronto has the style of a 1940’s movie. The staff was so knowledgeable and ready to help with my smallest concern; from how to find and use the subway ( stops for both E/W and N/S lines were a short walk away) or exchanging currency to providing me with a toothbrush late one evening as opposed to sending me to a drugstore. The room was a dream come true and sinking into the pillow-toped, feather down- coverleted, numerous pillowed and fine count sheeted bed was wonderful. The marble bath was spotless, but the drain stopper did not work correctly making taking a bath in the deep tub a challenge. So many soft towels were provided in addition to big, soft cotton robes and little cotton bed slippers made shower time seem like being at a spa. Until I visited the SPA in the Hyatt. There were water features throughout and candles and the staff was amazingly sincere. The exercise machines and everything but specific services are available to hotel guests. My Expedia reservation was just as requested and check-in and check-out was a pleasure. I excited to return to this hotel and allow myself more time for using the Spa.
The Museums were great but the high cost in relation to the low if any charges in our Michigan museums was a shock but by the length of the lines not a problem. Be sure to see The Jersey Boys!! Just a twenty minute subway ride from The Park Hyatt and be sure to leave time for strolling around the park and shops in that area--there was a woman selling THE BEST HOT DOG EVER at a stand between the subway and the theater.

Wonderful location and staff
The staff was attentive and most helpful. My room was my oasis from a demanding schedule and the location is perfect. Close to Yorkville and it’s upscale dining and shopping. I was able to safely take a morning walk in an urban area and enjoyed getting to know the area at ground level. The Stillwater Spa is a joy and not to be missed. The Roof Lounge is quite convenient and the view of Toronto from the 18th floor while enjoying the almonds, olives and edemami divine.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Very well located for business travelers with great restaurants within walking distance and varied menus. Hotel has an inviting staff who were always available to assist.
