Why the 3 Star Rating?
Thought 3 star ratings were given to hotels with exceptional service and amenities? Okay the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom floor was dirty, and we had none of the things a 3 star hotel should have...like vending machines. After traveling by plane all day, we were told upon check in there was no bottled water available in the fridge by check in desk, and next delivery would be in 2 days! No vending machines located or pointed out by staff. Also no luggage racks in room, no xtra blankets or pillows provided, and no kleenex. Could accept all that I guess, but no clock or clock radio? Really that was a first. ...and NO PHONEBOOK? Wow. Have stayed all over the U.S., never had a room without a phonebook or a clock radio. Checked out early and went to a Hampton Inn, which had everything a 3 star hotel should have.,,like vending machines, clock radios and phonebooks.

Nice, but have stayed in better Courtyards
This Courtyard was fine and the staff was very friendly, but I have stayed in other courtyards that had a newer, nice feel, which is what I was hoping for.

As business trips go it was fine, nothing in the area to look at.
