Can’t wait to go back again
We are from Illinois This was our second time to the Dolphin Beach Resort., and we love it there!!. Very reasonable rates, beautiful balcony view. Right on the beach. The front desk people were very helpful and the wait/bar staff were very friendly!! The place was very clean. Can’t wait to go back to Florida and the Dolphin Beach Resort!

Very average
We were very nervous after reading many of the reviews online prior to our arrival, however it turned out to be much better than we anticipated. We were on the 1st floor with the Deluxe Beach View. Our room was extremely average. The negative: The air conditioning was leaking and was dripping through the ceiling tiles in our room. The floor in the hallway was also soaked. The restaurant was extremely slow with their service. The positive: Great location. The hotel staff was very friendly. The pool was very nice. I would suggest staying on the 1st floor because it has direct access to the beach. We had a party in the banquet room and that was very nice. Overall, we would stay there again.

Moldy,Filthy,Disgusting
I am writing this while I am checked in. I am booked for 4 nights. The first room smelled of cat urine. The carpet in front of the AC/Heat unit was soaked with water or ? The wireless internet never worked. We were on the 2nd floor. We were moved to a beach view room had to pay extra. The wireless internet did not work on the 1st floor either. If you want to check out, no problem. They will charge you for 100% of the booking. BEWARE of this. Stay away from this outdated,poorly ran motel....it isn’t a resort. I wanted to check out the first night, was told I would be charged for the following 3 nights. Please do not waste your time and money here. This place has ruined our vacation
